Leveling Up Elevator Services, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2024 by Jeremy Jones in Jackson, Mississippi. With offices in Jackson and Memphis, Leveling Up serves customers across Mississippi and Tennessee, with plans to expand into Alabama and Louisiana.

We provide elevator maintenance, repair, modernization, inspections, code compliance support, and consulting. Leveling Up was built to bring a personal touch back to the elevator industry — clear communication, fair pricing, skilled technicians, and service that isn't rushed or run on a one-size-fits-all process.

Meet the Founder

Jeremy Jones, Founder & Certified Elevator Inspector

Jeremy Jones grew up around tools, equipment, and hands-on problem solving — the son of a diesel mechanic who learned early that understanding how things work is the foundation of fixing them right.

After serving in the military, Jeremy built his experience across maintenance, electrical work, fabrication, and industrial settings before entering the elevator industry in 2014. He went on to work with major elevator companies, where he saw firsthand that great service had less to do with the company name on the truck and everything to do with the technician, the communication, and whether the customer felt heard.

That belief led him to found Leveling Up Elevator Services in 2024. As a QEI-Certified Elevator Inspector with experience in forensic consulting and accident investigation, Jeremy brings a safety-first perspective to every job. His goal is straightforward: honest, reliable elevator service that puts people, safety, and accountability first.
