ResidentialClient: Lynn Nelson
Location: Starkville, MS
A spare closet in Mrs. Nelson's Starkville condo became the shaft for a new American Crescent elevator, giving her safe, independent access between floors so she could keep aging in place at home. The job was completed on the promised schedule while she was away — with our crew working late into the night on multiple occasions to make sure the deadline held.
Closet-to-Elevator Conversion

Location: Meridian, MS
Two elevators with obsolete TAC 20 systems were shut down. The manufacturer no longer supported them and other companies wouldn't attempt a repair. We returned both elevators to service, and when one later reached the end of its safe operating life, kept the other running reliably while helping the city build accurate modernization pricing for the future project.

An industrial lift was broken and structurally failing — competitors refused to touch it. We had a support structure built to stabilize the lift, repaired the problematic components, and returned it to service.

When clients receive state write-ups, the repair list often includes work other contractors won't do — water removal from pits, sump pump repair, fire extinguisher installation, sheetrock patching for fire code compliance. We handle it all as one contractor so clients aren't coordinating multiple vendors to get back in compliance.
