The ChallengeKoch Foods had an industrial material lift that was broken and structurally failing — it was literally coming out of the wall. Every contractor they contacted either couldn't help or refused to take the job. The lift was out of service and the facility needed it back.
The SolutionWe assessed the situation and had a custom support structure built to stabilize the lift. Once the structural issue was addressed, we repaired the problematic mechanical components and returned the lift to full service.
The OutcomeThe lift was returned to service and the facility was able to resume normal operations. A job every other contractor turned down was completed without a full replacement.
